Case X Kingdom Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Every Case X Kingdom case is made to order with care. We custom‑produce, inspect, and package each case to ensure it’s perfect.

  • Handling time: 2–7 business days
  • Order cut‑off time: Orders placed after 9:00 PM ACST will be processed the next business day.
  • Weekend/Holiday orders: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing the following business day.

Shipping & Delivery Times

Once your order is ready, it’s handed off to our shipping partners.

  • Standard shipping time: 7–14 business days (varies by location).
  • Total estimated delivery time: 9–21 business days from placing your order.
  • Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Important: The 30‑day shipping guarantee begins after the courier picks up your order and the tracking status changes to “In Transit.” The initial status “Parcel Information Received” (label created during processing) does not count toward the 30 days.

Delays: If your order has not arrived within 30 days of being in transit, contact us at info@casexkingdom.com.

International Orders & Customs

Case X Kingdom proudly offers duty‑free and tax‑inclusive shipping worldwide.

  • The price at checkout is the final priceno additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees on delivery.
  • All customs clearance and related fees are covered by us.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. If you entered an incorrect address, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order. After this timeframe, changes can’t be guaranteed. Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error are not refundable or replaceable.

Undeliverable & Unclaimed Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable (e.g., incorrect address or failure to collect) or destroyed by the carrier due to non‑collection, it is not eligible for a refund.

If you wish to have the order remade and resent, a 20% restocking/remaking fee (based on the original order value) applies, plus shipping fees.

Receiving Location Security

Please ensure your delivery location is secure. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Case X Kingdom is not responsible for theft or loss.

  • Check with neighbors or building management.
  • File a claim with your homeowner’s/renter’s insurance.
  • File a police report.

Lost in Transit

If your order is confirmed lost by the carrier (never delivered), we will replace the order at no cost or provide a full refund.

Out‑of‑Stock Items

In rare cases where an item is out of stock, you may choose to:

  • Wait until all items are back in stock,
  • Receive a partial shipment, or
  • Cancel the unavailable item(s) for a refund.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in original condition. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
