Return Policy
At Case X Kingdom, your satisfaction matters most. If you’re not in love with your case, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
- Items should be returned in their original condition. Light handling or trying the case on your phone is fine, but heavily used or damaged items can’t be refunded.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- To initiate a return, email us at info@casexkingdom.com with your order number and proof of purchase.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled or changed within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, processing begins, and cancellations may not be possible.
Free Cases
Complimentary promotional cases are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be issued within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Wrong Items
- Damaged or incorrect shipments: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll review and provide a replacement or refund.

If you ordered the wrong item: Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct case is selected at checkout. In these cases, you may:
- Return the unopened/unused item for a refund (minus shipping costs), or
- Contact support to discuss options such as a discount on the correct replacement.
Delivery Delays
Refunds are only available if the transit time exceeds 30 days due to Case X Kingdom’s error. Delays caused by couriers, customs, or other factors outside our control are not eligible for refunds.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an incorrect address is provided and we are not notified within 24 hours of order placement, a resend or refund will not be possible.
Unclaimed Parcels
It is the customer’s responsibility to collect their parcel from the delivery provider or pickup point. If an order is returned to sender or destroyed due to failure to collect, the original order will not be eligible for a refund.
If you wish to have the order remade and resent, a 20% restocking/remaking fee (based on the original order value) applies, plus shipping fees.
